Long story, short: I see it, I like, I want it, I got it
I did a lot of research before narrowing my car selection down to a specific model for 3 luxury brands. I watched all the YouTube pro/con videos and started to check local inventory to see which dealer on island had a model I liked with the features I wanted.
I ended up not able to sleep and submitted an inquiry at 3 am one morning and received a call from Ken Smiley the same day. I scheduled an appointment to come take a look at the vehicle and test drive it.
From the moment we walked in, Ken was friendly and answered any questions. I didn't have an easy sale situation and Ken was patient with me and helped me try to navigate my situation in a way that didn't put me in a bad situation. I ended up leaving thinking maybe I wouldn't get approved and went home to crunch numbers.
I showed back up unannounced the next day, determined to not let "my" car be sold (but just make an appointment don't be like me). Ken again, kept us in the loop, and even though he was juggling 4 other customers, kept touching base with us. At the end of the day, we got the car I wanted and I am in love with my SUV.
