This is my 4th vehicle that I'm getting and my salesman, Henry Murillo, is always patient and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond! The service department (Ashley and Gina, who have helped me in the past) are the best! Can't ask for anything more; you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and helpful
I worked with Ken Smiley who was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, even the kinda dumb ones. He was also patient as I test drover several vehicles over a period of 2-3 weeks.

Long story, short: I see it, I like, I want it, I got it

I did a lot of research before narrowing my car selection down to a specific model for 3 luxury brands. I watched all the YouTube pro/con videos and started to check local inventory to see which dealer on island had a model I liked with the features I wanted.
I ended up not able to sleep and submitted an inquiry at 3 am one morning and received a call from Ken Smiley the same day. I scheduled an appointment to come take a look at the vehicle and test drive it.
From the moment we walked in, Ken was friendly and answered any questions. I didn't have an easy sale situation and Ken was patient with me and helped me try to navigate my situation in a way that didn't put me in a bad situation. I ended up leaving thinking maybe I wouldn't get approved and went home to crunch numbers.
I showed back up unannounced the next day, determined to not let "my" car be sold (but just make an appointment don't be like me). Ken again, kept us in the loop, and even though he was juggling 4 other customers, kept touching base with us. At the end of the day, we got the car I wanted and I am in love with my SUV.

Great dealership with excellent customer service
John, Sean, Ken, and Jack were all terrific. The sales process was fast, straightforward, and simple. I am from a neighbor island, so the only shortcoming is that the concierge service may or may not be available on my island. I think the concierge service should be available from all dealerships regardless of ownership affiliation. If you live on Oahu, this dealership is the place to go and the benefits of the concierge service are second to none.

Clean, organized, no stress and had their COVID procedures in place.
Excellent and professional service by Henry Murillo. Henry went out of his way to make our new purchase a great experience, he was always prepared and he made it quick and easy. Sean Charleston was also excellent and made the entire process go very smoothly. They were a great team!

Friendly people, no sales pressure
I initially made contact with Genesis of Waipio via the internet. This is how I had gotten into contact with Henry. At the test drive appointment, I found Henry was very friendly, patient and easy to talk to. There was no pressure at all and I felt very comfortable. In fact, I could say the same with everyone I met/emailed @ Genesis of Waipio (or Tony Hyundai). I would also like to mention Sean (his manager) and Jack (from financing). Both were very helpful and most importantly, flexible in my Genesis lease. It was an easy, pretty much stress-free experience - made even more so amazing when you consider the "pandemic environment" that we're currently living in.

With that being said, their inventory of Genesis vehicles could be better - I think there were only 2 or 3 vehicles on grounds but understandable given Genesis of Waipio is Tony Hyundai.

Great staff
I test drove at a few different places, but after driving the G70 I was very impressed. The people I worked with were all very cordial and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I dealt with two sales managers and the finance manager, all of whom were professional and friendly.
Since I purchased the car over the phone and had not actually seen one in person, I was more than pleased when I actually picked it up today.
