The service was great! Kendall was very helpful going over the features of the car with me and my family so we were comfortable driving it. Great Experience
I was dreading the new car experience with push sales people. After a brief phone call, met Shawn and he hit "my mark" for a sales rep. Not push, more listening than talking, and didn't blow any smoke when he didn't know something (but worked to get the answer). The experience he provide (and the car) steered me away from other vehicle considerations. After the sale, it was FAST and efficient. Highly recommend Genesis of Vandalia.

Great first experience with the Genesis brand!!!
Kendall (sales) and Todd (finance) were exceptional to work with. This is my first Genesis, and will not be my last. My last three vehicles have been from another luxury brand, and the process at Genesis of Vandalia was far easier and faster. I was able to pick out, drive, finance, and take home the vehicle in only a few hours. Fantastic vehicle, and fantastic purchase experience.
