The Manager George and salesman Jack are hustlers and con men. They are masters of deception and trickery. No credibility nor pride as human beings. Negotiated and settled on a leasing price. Left to get financing to make the down payment and returned the next day to do the paperwork and pick up the car. Got a call from Jack the salesman the morning and we reviewed the agreed deal. We both concurred and agreed of the monthly payment agreed on. To my surprise’, embarrassment, and disappointed when I showed up at the dealership and we sat down, Jack started to do over the numbers all over again and took it to George. Jack came back and the padded the agreed monthly payment by another $100 and they said that’s their final offer. Take it or leave it. I was shocked hearing this coming from a luxury dealership. I was speechless. Stay away from this dealership or dont blame yourself for being conned. Lots of hidden additional fees they tried to work into the deal; unless you question it it remain in the price. Take your business elsewhere. Perfect con artists are ready to pound at you at Genesis of North Shore. Disrespectful and lack of principle and customer service. STAY AWAY!!! Don’t say you are not warned! All hustlers!
