do not ever use this dealer unless you are looking for a problem 100%
I bought the protective coverage for tires I hit a curb on three months to try to fix the tire the service that they buy is aftermarket. It's not from Genesis very terrible company still never fixed the rim. I asked her. We never got it back. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this dealership and that extra warranty is a waste of money and didn't tell us that we got it for six months, I spent $1800 in 50 years dealership I called the service manager, at least 15 times when you go to buy a car I call you right back. They do not return calls. I've never never seen a dealership like this before. A cake I explained to them I cannot have stress. I was a first responder for 911. I'm on the list waiting for a double transplant and then just making me sick.

Deceptive sales practice
The Manager George and salesman Jack are hustlers and con men. They are masters of deception and trickery. No credibility nor pride as human beings. Negotiated and settled on a leasing price. Left to get financing to make the down payment and returned the next day to do the paperwork and pick up the car. Got a call from Jack the salesman the morning and we reviewed the agreed deal. We both concurred and agreed of the monthly payment agreed on. To my surprise’, embarrassment, and disappointed when I showed up at the dealership and we sat down, Jack started to do over the numbers all over again and took it to George. Jack came back and the padded the agreed monthly payment by another $100 and they said that’s their final offer. Take it or leave it. I was shocked hearing this coming from a luxury dealership. I was speechless. Stay away from this dealership or dont blame yourself for being conned. Lots of hidden additional fees they tried to work into the deal; unless you question it it remain in the price. Take your business elsewhere. Perfect con artists are ready to pound at you at Genesis of North Shore. Disrespectful and lack of principle and customer service. STAY AWAY!!! Don’t say you are not warned! All hustlers!
The 2022 GV70 is an amazing luxury car that I’m extremely happy with. The technology, comfort and power of this car is remarkable!

Go to Advantage Hyundai on Plainview Road for Excellent service and deals
I love the staff at this dealership. please do not waste time going to any other. I made my purchase here. the Valley Stream and Freeport show rooms were not as helpful. from start to finish the service here was top notch!

I visited tow Hyundai at North shore and the sales person was very nasty and rude ti me. I went ti Hyundai in Freeport and was ignored. I found Advantage Hyundai and was treated royally. I will refer everyone to Advantage Hyundai in Plainview Ny only!
Smooth operation:; possessing warm, efficient, courteous and what seems to me to be to be honest in every respect, personnel, I was raised in Connecticut. Many Long Islanders, from my perspective after 35 years here, are fast, efficient but also can be rude and crude. I can clearly state that this dealership, in the four years that I have been a customer with them, and after the purchase and service of two G-90's, are the best. I have purchased a number of new vehicles in my 75 years. They are unquestionably the best dealership i have experienced.
Love my new g70 great value and warranty. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly to me and the family and took the time to explain all the features
