I dropped off car for service (basically oil change and tire rotation). When completed, They noticed tires had not been rotated despite being told they were. I let the rep know this and he checked with the tech who must have confirmed it was not done as they brought car back in to do this. It was taken care of but disappointing they did not complete the job as represented. I am losing my trust with the Genesis service.
