Honestly only reason why this genesis has 4 stars is there sales department is amazing. BUT GOD HELP THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Honestly If I had the chance I’d take my 64k I spent to Mercedes or BMW. Lesson learned for the future. This has nothing to do with the car itself. Of the 64k I spent, some was for warranties and so I have to deal with the service department, I don’t even call to complain anymore they don’t care, only reason I’m putting this here is so people can take there money to actual Luxury brands, or developed luxury brands because genesis seems to be new to it, because Genesis luxury ends once you buy the car. Also note that this is the only genesis around.
