Again, the service manager was courteous and helpful. The wait was at least 30 minutes even with an appointment, but that’s due to sharing of the service dept with many brands. My biggest complaint is there was a part needed to fix the radio. I did get a call informing me it had arrived, but when I asked a question I was immediately switched to someone else, got a recorder and they never called me back.
