The check engine light came on my dashboard of G80 on June 26th; therefore, I called Genesis and request a appoint to take care of this issue. The CSR made a appoint for me at 9am August 12. I took the vehicle in for service at the scheduled time. I had to wait 45 minutes before a service rep made any contact with me. I left the vehicle with them to correct the problem. About 6 pm I received a call from them stating that they could not address the problem until the next day. Around 3 pm the next Genesis called and said that they did not have to order the parts to correct the problem, as a result they made me another appointment for Aug. 20th. When I arrived for this appointment, I was told that all of the necessary parts had not arrived, therefore had to schedule another appointment for Aug 27th. Hopefully the issues will be addressed at this time since it will be 3 months in an attempt to get the issues corrected.
