I was notified my car had a seat belt recall. Genesis automatically ordered the parts and called me to set up an appointment. They were very on top of everything and provided my a ride to and from the dealership. I then received a call from johan to check on my experience and answer my additional questions. He provided me a number to get in touch with him if I ever need anything else with my car. The service was impeccable.
