No Follow Up & Questionable Advertising Practices Warning
On Thursday I made contact with this dealership regarding one of their used Genesis G80 cars. I filled out the KBB trade in value form on their website to find out what my trade was worth. I even sent them multiple pictures of my low mileage 2016 Z51 Corvette. Zoey the sales assistant was overjoyed and thanked me for all the info. She was sure her team would be interested in my trade. Being 5 hours away I wanted to establish a deal before I made the trip. Understanding it would require an in-person review of both cars. I was contacted by Tanner and all information was passed onto him later on Thursday. He in turn needed "Billie" to review the information and get back with me. My only contact with "Billie" was how nice he thought my car was and how much I wanted for my Corvette. I told him based on their web site evaluator what I wanted. All this happened on Thursday. By Friday at 1:14 pm I had not heard anything back, so I reached out to them. Tanner would explain that they were short staffed, and he would need to get back with "Billie" about it. It is now Monday 3/11/2024 at 1: 30 pm, and not a word from anyone. I should be appreciative of them for how this worked out. If this is how they do business, then I don't need to do business with them. Oh, did I mention that the mileage on the car I was interested in was listed in all advertisements at a substantially lower mileage (about 4,000 miles) than the actual mileage? Seems they used it as a service loaner for some time. Thanks for wasting my time. I hope this can serve as a warning to others regarding the way you do business.
