Customer focus and accommodating
I took my GV80 in b/c the AC stop working. In Texas when it’s 90 plus degrees renders this vehicle undrivable :). I went straight to the dealership and Clayton was very helpful and accommodating even though I did not schedule an appointment. They aligned me with a loaner vehicle and O was on my way. He followed up with emails to let me know where they were on my service. This was a much better experience versus what I experienced in Plano.

the supporting staff. Clay genuinely cares by
going above and beyond his job duty. He gave me a ride
home in his personal car after hours because
the shutter service department was already closed. He was very intricate in breakdowning my repair by explaining each detailed issue
indluding parts, labor, also personally spoke with my
warranty department himself. They had great
customer service from beginning to end.
Never thought I would say this, but it was
actually pleasant taking my car to the shop, and
wouldn't mind taking it to the Mesquite
dealership for service again.

Genesis dealer is outstanding
I brought by Genesis GV70EV in for a minor warranty issue and the service department was as nice and clean as the showroom (if not nicer!) The service writer was outstanding and communicative. I love my Genesis and I’m thrilled this dealership is so close to where I live! Buy a Genesis! You’ll be glad you did!
