Great Car wish the rest of the experience matched
While we were assigned a knowledgeable salesperson the second time,the first one knew little of the car.
First service trip once the rep realized I didn't pay extra for some card told me I had to pay for inspection(I didn't)
Had to argue to have windshield wipers replaced at 1 month(they were streaking because protective film was left on half of the windshield.
Frequently run out of time to wash car.
Once had to wait 1 1/2 months for loaner car for scheduled service.
Have continually asked for the nav maps to be updated with responses: don't know how, I have to do it, problems with Genisis, car is now 1 1/2 years old and nav will not work until they are updated.
I have owned 4 BMWs and 4 Audis- GV 70 is on par with them service is not. Daughter gets better treatment at Kia on her Telluride.

Great Experience and Professionalism
I had been to the dealership before, a few months before, and dealt with Sid. I wasn’t ready at the time to purchase. Sid kept in contact with me and I ended up back there. He greater me at the door and handled the transaction very professionally.

I don't understand these reviews. At all.
I had to deal with three gate keepers or clerks or something -- clearly none of them were salespeople -- until I was even able to make an appointment to see a salesperson. Turns out if you make any kind of online inquiry you get dumped into this pool of no-nothing millennials who will only grudgingly promise that a salesperson will call. And then no one does.

Each of these three people lied to me with no hesitation at all, assuring me -- promising me, at one point -- that the car I wanted to test drive was right then on the lot and would be available the following morning to drive. But no. No car like the specific car I asked about (the one promised to be on the lot) was available when we went to look at it. Instead the sale guy lamely tried to interest us in a car with a much smaller motor, or a similar model that was used instead of new.

This was like stepping back in time to the bad old days when dealers saw every interaction as adversarial and every potential sale as a battle to be won at the expense of the buyer. It's been years since I dealt with a company this . . . difficult.

We simply got up and left. We'd never even consider for a moment buying anything from this company. And even though it's close to our home, we'd never trust them with service of any type. What's the point of doing business like this? And why does the parent company have so many dealerships? What kind of customer puts up with this behavior??

We are sorry to hear about your experience. The cars that you saw on the website were service loaners. They are available if you would still consider them. We also have four unreserved 3.3T G70 scheduled to come in in the middle of the month.

In regards to the Genesis Conceirge, I am sorry that they left something to be desired. The Conceirge, as you know, is a function of the manufacturer and is not under the control of the dealership.
