The Genesis brand is really suffering from the dealerships rooted in Hyundai clientele. They refuse to honor Genesis' valet service promise. And they won't even consider offering you a shuttle ride or rental car reimbursement. I had to go 11 days without a car! 11 days!!!! Heck, an email to their top sales associate and their GM went unanswered. Apathy is not a good look for a luxury brand. When I did finally get my car back, the service bay folks were nice enough, but thoroughly untrained in top level service. The car runner went to retrieve my GV70, he handed the key to the service bay guy and said the car is out front. We went out front in the freezing cold and alas, no car to be found. Turns out the runner dropped the car in the back of the building. Why on earth would this happen???
Yeah, they're going to be opening a new Genesis store alongside a new Hyundai store later this year. Unless they root into the core of their service model, a new building won't solve this problem. Luxury is not a vehicle, it's an ethos. Someone needs to tell them that.

Professional and friendly
I was in Denver visiting my daughter, which is 1000 miles from my home when my car said I needed service. Littleton Hyundai/Genesis scheduled my service call (they fit me in quickly) even though I didn’t have much time befor my departure. They were professional and the waiting room was very comfortable during the waiting time. If I need service again while visiting my daughter I would have no problem going back.

Service was Great
I took my 2021 Genesis in for its routine service and was impressed. I dropped off my car, they made sure I had a ride since I was not waiting on site, and called me as soon as it was done later that day. It was everything that servicing your car should be.

Smooth & Simple Process
Buying a new car, a Genesis GV70, from Genesis of Littleton was a smooth and simple process. I had spent a great deal of time researching new vehicles and the GV70 was always on the top of my list.

Based on a recommendation from a family friend, I called Suzanne Dumont and she helped me through the test drive, buying a new car details, and explaining all the features of the GV70. Because I had done so much research on my own and Suzanne was so competent and listened to me this buying process was over in a short couple hours, test drive included!

Thanks Ms. Suzanne for helping me purchase my favorite new ride!

Good service
I came here after genesis of golden messed up servicing my g70 so I already had a low bar but this service center was good. Everything was done for my 18k service and they even sent me a little video. I'll likely be using this service center over the Golden location even though it's further away.

Poo communication and lack of documentation
Brought my vehicle in for a specific concern. I was charged for an alignment with no explanation of what was causing the problem. I was not given a Spec Sheet or any other documentation, despite my verbal and email requests. More time was spent creating a video of all the maintenance they need to perform on a vehicle with $30k miles (totalling $1,000).
