Great work, poor communication
They do great work, three small problems they missed (which they shouldn't have). I do believe they were caused by communication within their own company.

Would recommend
Received an email the car was on schedule however I was never called to pick it up and the receptionist could not give me a update or estimated time. They said someone would call me back. I only received an email the next day that againthe car should be done that day. I inquired to the delay and they just said there was an issue in the paint department. However the work was good and still done pretty quick. For the most part it was all pretty seamless.

Excellent and timely service
The quality of service from intake to final delivery of our vehicle back to us was excellent. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The estimator did an excellent job explaining what's going to happen and approximately how long it will take. The final delivery of the vehicle has a professional, factory finish.

Subaru Outback Front Repair
The staff was courteous and the pick up and drop off process was very quick and smooth. From the looks of it they did a very good job with the repairs. Everything blends in and you can’t tell there was damage. The lack of communication was worrisome but every time I called I did get an answer to my question. I do wish they would’ve gone over all of what they were repairing and why. At the end of the day I would use them again.

Excellent repair
Erica explained exactly what needed to be done in repairing my car. She was thorough and professional while easy going. I felt very comfortable and trusted her knowledge. The repair took exactly as long as she predicted. My car looks like it did when I bought it 8 mos ago. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Eurocollision to everyone I know.

Would probably use again
It took a little longer than expected but my car looks great, and that's what matters. Not sure why my gas tank went down by 5 gallons, though.

Excellent work, looks like new!
Workmanship is fantastic. Have had body work done on 3 cars and this company was the best overall job on paint matching and blending and overall repair.

A clean car.
My experience was positive. The damage appraiser kept me updated throughout all the supply chain delays. It was great to finally get my car back and find that they had thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out! It was like getting a brand-new car!

Best repair shop ever
I'm 73 years old and being driving since 16. I've had body repair completed in many different places / states. This was the most positive experience I've ever had.
