First off, I absolutely LOVE the Genesis product. I am on G80 #2. That said however, THE SERVICE LEVEL AT GENESIS OF LAS VEGAS is short of professional. This dealership is owned by Lathia, the 2nd largest dealer organization in the U.S. BIG however, DOES NOT necessarily mean competent or courteous. THIS DEALERSHIP ACTS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS! I find that most of the Genesis dealerships in the greater southwest USA, really do not give a crap about the service after the sale. The ONLY Genesis Dealership that has demonstrated they WANT my business in the Southwest USA, is Genesis of Palm Springs. The problem...that dealership is 224 miles from my home! For routine, NON WARRANTY SERVICE, I suggest scheduling appointment with Newby's Automotive, Henderson NV. They have serviced all my vehicles (Lexus, Cadillac, Genesis) for 15 years. Straight forward. Honest. NO bull crap!
