I went to the store to buy a Palisade for the advertised price of $28,500.00. I was going to deliver my car to the dealer for $11,000.00 and was told I would have to return $26,800.00. When asked to leave and change the simulation, they removed some things but the values did not change! when I said that the values were not clear, they got nervous! I don't reward the store, I stayed all day to end up being totally dissatisfied. The values announced with fees and taxes must be clear to the customer, he would not finance the car, we must be fair and correct!
