I went to the store to buy a Palisade for the advertised price of $28,500.00. I was going to deliver my car to the dealer for $11,000.00 and was told I would have to return $26,800.00. I don't understand this account! I made the complaint and requested the simulation paper with all the amounts being charged. In addition to the value of just checking the car in the amount of $3,000, the tax was not worth the legal amount of 7%… they were charging $800.00 more! they inserted several guarantees and even adding everything the values ​​did not match. When asked to leave and change the simulation, they removed some things but the values ​​did not change! when I said that the values ​​were not clear, they got nervous! I don't reward the store, I stayed all day to end up being totally dissatisfied. The values ​​​​announced with fees and taxes must be clear to the customer, he would not finance the car, we must be fair and correct!

BEWARE - Napoleon Genesis on Northlake ripped me off - I bought a 2021 Genesis G80 in December 2022 - The car had 12000 miles - they told me that they add a $8995 market adjustment to new cars but they wouldn't because the car was a demo model - I paid full sticker price of $58 000 - 2 weeks later I'm in California and I see brand new G80's selling for $55 000 - I immediately go back to Napleton Genesis on Northlake to complain - they were rude to me & even mocked me when they found out I was a Christian by telling me "What would Jesus do?" - I replied - "Jesus would be honest & He would not try to rip people off" - My salesman was Jake - I spoke to the GM John who was rude & hostile to me

Jimmy C. A salesperson who really cares
I was a Nissan car owner for a long time, 20 years, but I feel in love with the Genesis SUV and Napleton's salesperson, Jimmy C., was a big plus to that love. He was patient and walked me through every step of ownership. He checks on me to make sure that I am happy and comfortable with my purchase a whole week later. What salesman does that? I am turning my whole family on to him.

Glad I purchased the SUV, it's beautiful! Wayne was very relaxing to be around, he had us laughing and actually enjoying looking at vehicles and was also very supportive of our decision. The other staff were very friendly and nice and even though the process took a long time, for the first time I can say I actually enjoyed car shopping.

If you're looking for a Genesis, this is the place to go.
Long day that resulted in purchasing a beautiful car. The car ended up costing more than I wanted and more than listed but they made up for it with a very fair trade in deal. Mr. Orio was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, respectful, and courteous. He has since been very helpful with additional questions and minor issues resolving them all.
