Appointment scheduled for 11:00am for required service and seat belt recall. Sat in the car for 35 minutes, found the service manager who said he'd "get someone right on it" but it took another 40 minutes before the advisor was available (total wait time 1 hour 13 minutes just to get started!!). Turns out recall part required isn't even available yet. Took an Uber home because their waiting area needs a complete remodel. A friend at Genesis said best to use Valet service in the future. BTW, the 2021 GV80 is a dream car. Wish the service matched the vehicle.
