COULD BE A LOT BETTER, I ANTICIPATED MORE BEING A GENESIS OWNER
2ND TIME GETTING REQUIRED MAINTENANCE SERVICE, BOTH TIMES MY CAR CAME BACK WITH 'UN-DONE' SERVICES, SUCH AS NOT HAVING TIRES AND WHEELS ROTATED DO DUE TO TIRE 'X' PATTERN. WTF DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? AND IT WAS NOT BROUGHT TO MY ATYTENTION BY SERVICE REP, BUT IT WAS ON SERVICE INVOICE. JUST NOT THE 'CONCEIRGE' TYPE OF SERVICE.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. I have spoken with our technicians and reminded them that writing things like "X" is unacceptable and I am sorry that was the service you received. I did find that your model has staggered wheels. because of this the wheels stay in the same place and do not get rotated. This should have been communicated to you. We are always striving to be better and today you showed us that we have plenty of room for improvement.

Poor Service
It took eleven days to complete a ABS recall and replace a thermostat. The recall included installation of a fuse kit. The Service Advisor tried to return the vehicle to me in a dusty and dirty condition which I refused to accept.

Thank you for your feedback.  I apologize that our valet service was not offered. As I am not sure to your distance from our store since this was an anonymous post, I would like to investigate this further so that I can determine where in our process we had a breakdown. I also understand your frustration with how crowded our facility is, I can assure you we, and our executive management is aware of our capacity restrictions and how it affects the guests, and we are actively working towards long term solutions for both Hyundai and Genesis to make this much less of an impact.
