Mr Schmidt unfortunately has had a rough time with communication. It appears our business phones will not ring through for him to pick up so we have left messages for him to return. As a company privacy policy we do not require our staff to use their personal cell phones to reach out to customers however we do offer an email and text system through our CRM. Unfortunately Mr Schmidt has been frustrated with the communication via normal business options but has responded after virtually every email we sent but also encountered an issue with his bank wiring money for his purchase a few times. I am hoping we can make Mr Schmidt a happy customer by utilizing our great service team to take care of him as he maintains his new vehicle with them over the next few years or however long he chooses to keep it. I will follow up with him personally to see if we can help with smoothness of future communications with the dealership.
