Genesis Service Appointment Faiilure

I was disappointed with my first service experience with Genesis G70. I was initially contacted via email from Genesis to schedule my first motor oil change. I scheduled it on the Genesis app and nothing happened. I contacted the dealership and they told me the app does not work for scheduling service. As a result I didn't receive the "white glove service" promised my Genesis. I had to drop the car off myself and didn't receive a loaner car.
