Excellent work, great communication, finished on-time.
Repair work was excellent. Depalo and Sons sent me updates at each stage of the process so I always know what was happening and how long it would take. If I had a question or issue, all I had to do was text their office and they got back to me quickly. Repairs were completed on-schedule. Absolutely the best body shop around!

Fantastic experience. Great job!
The repair work was perfect. Car looks great. I was impressed with the care they took to clean the interior as well as the exterior of the car. Everyone I dealt with was polite. Margaret Callahan was extremely considerate and helpful. I would highly recommend DePalo Auto Body.

Excellent Repairs - Bad Communication
Great Work, but the original estimate was incorrect. Repair took longer than expected and communication was not great. But like I said, the work was excellent.
