Satisfied yet disappointed in the end
Using the genesis connect was a pain to get an appointment. Took over a week and no one ever called me back. I kept having to contact them. Ultimately I contacted the dealership myself and got an appointment to have the car picked up immediately and provide me with a loaner. Since they were trying to replicate the problem with my air conditioning system they needed to drive it fo over 30 miles. Thankfully there was nothing seriously wrong but when the car was returned to me it was completely empty-no gas. The valet told me he didn’t have time to clean the car or too off the tank but would make it up to me the next time. I had no idea the tank was empty so when I went out that evening I was quite surprised. Not awful, just disappointing.
