Excellent Sales and Service Support
Excellent sales support, and very good tech support -- and the reason we're on our 6th Genesis since 2018. When we purchased a GV70 this summer and found out while waxing the vehicle a day after taking delivery that there was a serious latent mfg. paint defect, the dealership immediately took back the vehicle, and worked over the last couple of months to obtain a replacement vehicle (where it appears Genesis Corporate was of no assistance).

Also, the dealership willingly provided critical service support by phone required due to a total lack of service support from other Genesis dealers while traveling back through NY State to Michigan. We were confronted with a severe electrical issue (a large number of warnings going off every 15 seconds or so), and our dealer helped to assess the issues and risks of continuing driving, -- versus 3 other Genesis dealers along the route who were too busy to assist or schedule an emergency service (and one dealer said they couldn't schedule us for two weeks, the others were days and we had to walk in and wait to be seen??).

Again, excellent sales and service support, a real gem for Southwest Michigan.
