Over the past 20+ years, I have purchased several New luxury vehicles, i.e., Mercedes & Lexus vehicles. Overall, I have been pleased with their attention to detail & customer service. This is my first Genesis vehicle and I cannot say that I feel like a valued customer. I am still having issues since the purchase of my 2022 vehicle. I am grateful for & pleased with my Salesman, but his ability to assist with my concerns is very limited. Considering that this is supposed to be a "luxury" vehicle (with a luxury vehicle price), I expect better.
