Me and my car weren't in Ricart's database, I scheduled my appointment for regular service and a warranty problem online. Although that had no experience with me or my car they listened and inquired for specifics to my problem. The solution was a not minor one but the manufacturer covered it, I was provided a loaner vehicle and in a few days happily back on the road.
