BEWARE
Beware! I worked with this dealership for close to two weeks trying to arrive at a price and once we agreed on a final out the door price and I told them I wanted the car, they sold it out from under me. Someone was apparently coming to check it out and after telling them that I wanted the car before the other party arrived, the salesman Chris told me he'd try to see what he could do to tie it down. Really? I tell them I want the vehicle and that I could come get it within a matter of a couple of days and they sell it to somebody else? Lost my trust and faith in this particular dealership bigtime. There'd be no way I'd purchase a vehicle from them and suggest you be very careful trusting them.

Wish the car defects (passenger side camera and mirror) were easily fixable. Still unresolved issues. Hardship without loaner car for 10 days was disappointing.

I was able to schedule my service without problems. The valet service picked up my car, and I received a similar car. I am a doctor, and my car service did not interfere with my day. My car was returned, serviced, clean, and washed.

Faculty needs a facelift
I understand all facilities don’t have to be new. I don’t understand that all facilities (and employees) are not. Stand back and take a good look at this overall business and audit as a customer. You will see that everything needs improvement.

Lack of response
Didn't seem to care that it took 3 weeks to pay off trade in and I was getting past due notifications. I should have paid off myself prior to trading it in.
After all I put $42,000 down and pay off was only $1683.43.
