No inventory
If you want a Genesis SUV, be prepared to order sight unseen with no firm delivery date. The best feature of Greenville Genesis is that they'll sell at MSRP, which is rare these days which is why they have no inventory. But there are no cars to see or test drive. Do your research well on the web.

Best car purchase experience I have ever had
Larry the Car Guy was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no need to talk to anyone else, and he did not have to go back and forth with negotiations. I feel certain I could have negotiated a better trade value, had I possibly gone through the terrible experience I have had with other dealers, but I told them the offer I had negotiated from another dealer, which I thought was very fair, and they did not match it, they BEAT IT immediately! Genesis of Greenville does not pad the price with many of the dealer add-ons that others do, allowing them to offer a fair and open price. Without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

Great experience and people
This is my second vehicle from this dealership and I have been pleased with the experience both times. They are professional and helpful. Facilities are not what they should be for a luxury car dealership but salesman said they were planning a renovation in the near future.

Smooth Purchase Process, Facilities need some work.
No issues with the purchase process. Test drive, trade in, and out the door with the new car in 3 hours. Negotiating was painless, which means I probably didnt get a good deal but I was satisfied. On the flip side, this particular dealership was stuffed in a used handmedown building next to the Hyundai dealership and it needs a lot of work to resemble that of a prestigious dealership offering the experience Genesis advertises. No showroom, lack of uniformity in the staff attire, dated office spaces, etc. Additionally, we will see how the service goes, but so far so good.
