Brought my week old new to me car in for service. Not happy with the results of bringing my car in for my first oil change to get a scratch on my quarter panel. Pretty disappointed. This is why I stay away from stealerships. Today proved my case and makes me want to steer clear of stealerships to bring my car in for service. I have no problem paying for services but returning my vehicle with scratches that I did not do is not ok. Then looking at me crazy about a scratch is absurd. The car is 68k car and they treat it like a cheap beater hyundai. These Genesis are high end and shows that they do not respect the cars they equipped. First impressions are everything, They need their techs to follow standard operating procedures and use fender covers during service to prevent scratching up any car. Clearly this did not happen. This situation is totally unacceptable especially for the tier of cars they carry. Only reason why they will be fixing the scratch they produced on my car because I took a detailed 4k pictures/video walk around at drop off before they took my car in. Doing this helped me prove my case, they looked at me like I was crazy over a scratch on my new car. There is/was no initial walk around with customers and service reps before service. This is why you should always protect yourself from shady dealerships and record everything as I did. Lets see how this unfolds as I bring my car into a body shop Monday. I have a feeling this will be an on going battle which I have no problems lawyering up. I have enough evidence to prove my case. This is such a disappointment because I like the car but hate the crappy service these cars get.
It was the most stress free experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. The customer service was excellent. They even went above and beyond to give me max $ for my lease. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.
Great dealer. Comprehensive customer service and no games!
End to end, good communication and follow through. Things happened when they were supposed to without surprises. The GM, Doug Connelly, helped find a company to ship and even personally inspected the car before it was loaded. That’s customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Genesis of Framingham to anyone.
Friendly and knowledgeable sales team, super easy buying experience. No hassle whatsoever. Great vehicle delivery as well, would recommend this dealership and brand to anyone!

Tre with genesis was knowledgeable and acknowledged my needs of requiring a teched out car . He communicated clearly the available inventory and helped through the buying process.
Tre, the sales person was the best. Knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Made it easy.

Great Sales Person
Tre was fantastic. Knew everything about the GV80, knew what was being delivered. Was responsive to all emails and texts. Was very much a partner in the transaction. The dealership was a bit shabby. Genesis needs their own showrooms/sales experience. There were staff sitting around telling stories with loud F-bombs and other words that were totally inappropriate...very unprofessional.
Overall, we agreed on a fair price, Tre was great, and I got the vehicle I wanted. But the experience needs to improve.

Very pleased with my experience purchasing a Genesis GV70 at Herb Connolly. Tre the salesperson was knowledgeable of the car, respectful of my time, efficient at working out a deal, and all over the details in providing seamless delivery of the vehicle. The rest of the team was similarly friendly. Low pressure environment. And I love the car. I highly recommend shopping here.
If you are looking for a great car and a great car buying experience, visit Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham. Walk in and ask for Peter Franklin, Peter will put you in a Hyundai or Genesis that will meet your needs and you’ll get a great price. I have a Hyundai and a Genesis, both purchased from Peter. And my next vehicle will be from Peter as well.
