Stand behind their work
I brought a Jeep Liberty for front end repairs and both Simon and Sonny gave an accurate estimate and time of completion for the vehicle. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and at the estimated cost. The crew is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They are calm, friendly, fair and explained everything well. Fortunately, I have good knowledge of cars and I could recognize they were not trying to lie or exaggerate the situation at hand. I strongly suggest, anyone looking for a trustworthy shop/mechanic, to contact them.

Unfair treatment of customers waiting for State Inspection
I have used them multiple times before and had a trusting relationship. Today, they broke that trust. I waited patiently for my turn for a state inspection. Their attendant had a list of vehicles in order. They decided to take another car ahead of me. I spoke up and they said it was just a mistake. I said mistakes happen and I'll wait patiently. I couldn't believe it when I saw a second car brought in for inspection ahead of me. When I spoke up, they said it's his friend and he doesn't want to wait. I told him I was upset and he was being unfair. He said he understands, but doesn't care. I was very disappointed with this. I waited patiently for 45 minutes for an inspection and to treat your longstanding customer in this way? why?

Natick gas and Auto provides excellent service to its customers
Simon is very nice, knowledgeable, and works hard for your cars needs. Simon is very loyal to his customers and provides professional service compared to other shops I have been to. I am a woman, some places take advantage of that but Simon is straightforward and honest. I will recommend Natick gas and Auto for your cars repairs. They are reasonably priced I find as well.

Trust worthy mechanics with clear quotes
The first time I use this shop, they just did my yearly inspection. They were really lovely and kind, and even added some lubrication to my brakes when it was needed without charging me extra. That’s why I decided to get towed to them when I broke down. They were excellent about repairing my vehicle, gave me a clear quote, and got the work done really quickly. I appreciated how friendly they were and how easy they were to deal with.

Great little mom and pop place.
Small, very Logan little place. I’ve been going for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else. They are honest and they don’t overbook so much that you’re waiting 3 hours for an oil change…45 minutes-hour …. Never longer. They are always pleasant and kind and so helpful with any questions. I get a good gut feeling with them so they get my business.

Spectacular service andcommunication
In between our daughter had a serious overheating problem with her car on the Mass turnpike and we had the car towed here since it was AAA guaranteed. The underlying problem was not obvious but they diagnosed it and made sure to repair absolutely every element that was impacted. Made dropping off and picking up the car easy, and did really thorough and excellent work. They clearly communicated what they found and kept us updated from start to finish. Would not hesitate for a second to use their services again. Highly recommended.
