Oil change
Had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived at 8:45am and got my car back 2 & 1/2 hours later. Derrick, service and car wash was okay but missed a doctors appointment due to the long wait.

Not a luxury dealership
Tied to schedule an appointment with valet pickup which I was told by my salesperson was part of the Genesis experience. Was told by the service department we do not have any valet drivers. Then told the service department my issue and was told that it was a diagnostic issue and we are are 6 weeks out for an appointment. I then asked for a loner car and was told i was not entitled to a loner car unless it was warranty work My car is 2 months old with an issue they tried to fix once but still persists. Tried explaining it to them but all i got was the company line.
Genesis of Framingham is not a luxury dealership. It is a Hyundai dealership selling Genesis cars. If you want the luxury car experience, go next door to the Acura dealership. They know how to treat someone that buys a luxury vehicle.

Every once in a while you will find someone who goes the extra mile to help me out with my appointments for my Genesis g90.

Good service provider, but not luxury.
We drive was attentive, communicative, polite and proffer. Overall it was a very good experience. Framingham is not unique, though, in that Genesis dealerships do not remotely compare to the levels of service with BMW, Mercedes etc. I would have waited 4 weeks for my appointment if I'd wanted a loaner vehicle. That's ridiculous.

Excellent Service
Was greeted by Jeremy by my first name, which was unexpected. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable. My car had to stay in another day and Dan took over my service issue and also kept me up to date with the status of my repair. Both were excellent service advisors. I highly recommend going here for your Genesis service.

Once again Herb Connolly Genesis, Did a Outstanding job Servicing My Vehicle. Which they have been for the last 3 - 5 Years.... I've been to All kind of Dealership, But the Whole Staff snd Dealership treat you like you would want to be treated. Problem Free, Which you Don't get that from All Dealerships. Which 75% of them Have Major Problems, And Don't have alot of Return Customers. But from Service and Sales, This Dealership takes Care of you and your Vehicles. Especially Dan Senechal and his Staff, Which are Hands down a well Oiled running Machine Team that are Truly In Sync!!
