They damaged my vehicle when it was being serviced
They damaged my vehicle when being serviced. Did not notice until the vehicle was returned to me & I pointed it out to the valet/concierge person who returned my vehicle. Will take over 1 month for them to get my vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. My options for service are limited because I have a 2022 Genesis. This dealership is the only one who services my area so I'm stuck.

Long wait
Scheduled appt 6 weeks in advance. Was told it would be 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours later it was finally done.

Excellent sales and exceptional service. Highly recommend.
Purchased a 2021 GV 80 with excellent sales, purchasing experience. When service was do a phone call established a pick up time for the valet service. Pick up and delivery were excellent and on time. I was even able to track on the phone their position. New, very exciting experience for me with service. Also there was no noncovered recommendations for service, which I had come to expect from other dealers.

Recall notices
I had received a recall notice on my vehicle and contacted the service department who ordered the part (which did take a couple of months to come in) and when it came in I got on their schedule easily and utilized the valet service to pick up and drop off my vehicle. They worked around my schedule too.
