The Genesis Experience
From the moment I arrived, Manager Dennis and the entire sales team went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, respected, and valued. As they continue building their brand-new Genesis Experience Center, it’s already clear that their dedication to luxury service is in full motion. Despite being in transition, their level of professionalism and customer care is already miles ahead of other locations.

Every interaction felt intentional, and their attention to detail was nothing short of spectacular. I could write an entire essay if I were to list all the moments where they exceeded my expectations — but let me just say, the Conshohocken team redefined what the Genesis experience is supposed to be. They didn’t just sell me a car; they delivered a luxury experience from start to finish.

If you’re in the market for a Genesis, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The Conshohocken team sets the gold standard.

First Class all the way
Sharon Zummo, my Service Advisor, makes the experience a pleasure. She scheduled a Valet Appointment, arranged for a loaner car and followed up personally to make sure we were on track. She checked in to update me as to the driver's arrival time, and then kept me notified about the progress of the work. She called to get approval of required work, emailed me an invoice, offered payment options and had the car delivered to my home. She is professional, efficient and thorough. It is always a good experience working with her. The technicians do an excellent job, and they, as well as Tetry who shuttled my car, treat it carefully and respectfully, as I would treat it myself.

Got the job done on time
I needed my GV 80 serviced prior to a cross-country trip. They understood I needed my service done ASAP and were able to accommodate me within three days of my phone call. They also addressed and issue that recently appeared concerning a software glitch. Everything was done on time as expected. I will certainly be visiting this service center again. I would like to give a shout out to Patrick in the service center. He made sure everything got handled.

A Dealership Above.
I can honestly say that I have been to a quite a few automobile dealers of various makes and models in my life thus far, and among the things that I noticed immediately were the waiting areas for customers.
Some were better than others, but Conicelli’s is right where I like it , next to the showroom. The waiting area is always clean with reading material available while you wait. Service staff Find You, explain in detail the status of your vehicle , and give you options if needed.
The air conditioning is always on as well.
In my case , I found my next genesis right on the showroom floor, a 2022 GV70 3,5t AWD Sport Prestige.
They must have known I was coming in.
What’s not to like..?…!!..:))
