Customer Service at this location is fine. I am annoyed with the check in process, which is lacking structure. Before my GV80 I owned an X5, at the BMW dealership the check-in process is streamlined. I arrived this morning at Chantilly Genesis 30 mins before my appointment (7am) to be first in line, so I could get a decent seat in the waiting room and be comfortable working while I waited for my car. When the doors opened and we drove in to park and it was a free-for-all with customers running to be first in line.

Folks should be made to wait at their car and checked in based on the order of arrival. One person even parked off to the side of the garage door and ran in while the door was opening to be first in line, and he was.
