Customer Service at this location is fine. I am annoyed with the check in process, which is lacking structure. Before my GV80 I owned an X5, at the BMW dealership the check-in process is streamlined. I arrived this morning at Chantilly Genesis 30 mins before my appointment (7am) to be first in line, so I could get a decent seat in the waiting room and be comfortable working while I waited for my car. When the doors opened and we drove in to park and it was a free-for-all with customers running to be first in line.
