They have selective reading/ hearing
Was reached out by dealership notified I purchased another vehicle and let them know I wanted to trade my other VW Arteon for a Genesis but apparently Blair at the dealership has selective reading I am sure he didn’t bother to read my whole message which stated I’d like to trade a vehicle for a Genesis yet he replies with a generic boilerplate response. It seems they don’t care to make a sale because they have improperly trained sales reps.

Best Car Buying Decision!!
I love this car. I’m complimented constantly on the car. The style, the color finish, the features. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle for the price compared to my experience with competitor brands (BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, etc) and you can not beat the service!!

The staff was very professional and courteous at the service dept and parts dept; this was my first visit to this location; I was given a loaner and was keep abreast of what was going on while my car was being serviced for 30K inspection. It is a bit congested driving on the premises.

Great Experience
I will continue to be a customer for many years to come. The service really does stand out. Other dealers make it obvious it is just a numbers game to them. Genesis of Cary really makes it clear that they are interested in providing exceptional customer service above all else.

Routine Auto Maintenance
January 5, 2022, was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Genesis of Cary. My initial impression was unfavorable due to the delay in follow up to my voice message left to request scheduling. It was initially frustrating upon learning that my appointment would be scheduled several weeks out. However, consideration if the impact of Covid on staffing as well as the pending holidays has to be considered. On the morning of my appointment I arrived an hour early, but Mr. Aaron Stanford greeted me immediately. His professionalism and customer service was impeccable!! He was welcoming, knowledgeable of the Retailer's history (quite interesting), as well as, ensured that I was aware of the specialized services/options available to customers for future scheduling. I would highly recommend the Genesis of Cary location. I greatly appreciated the complimentary car wash, refreshments, and especially the cleanliness of their lounge/waiting area. Thank you again Aaron Stanford for a wonderful experience!
*Scheduling experience rating was an 8, but my overall rating by far was a 10!!

Excellent Customer Service
Aaron and Michael provided excellent service - from scheduling, pick up, service, and drop off for my car via the Valet program. This was a breath of fresh air in light of recent experience with another dealer who failed to show up for a scheduled appointment and then complained about the distance to my home from their dealership (Genesis of Cary was further away with no push back in distance). Another dealership that was closer than the Cary dealership also said I was outside of their range. While frustrating, I appreciate the latter’s transparency.

When I called Genesis of Cary, Aaron didn’t miss a beat and shared that so long as I was in North Caroline, he could make it work.

Communication from Arron and Michael was excellent from the first day we spoke, through the scheduled pick up process, and return delivery process.

They were both extremely friendly and professional to boot.

I never take the time to write reviews, but I do think the service department and these e two guys in particular deserve some kudos.
