Once I got my Genesis G90 to this dealership (45 minutes away), they were friendly, helpful and efficient in servicing my car. However, they would not offer me the Genesis Connected valet service (usually a real selling value for Genesis). This was unfortunate, especially with the Coronavirus concerns and the majority of other lesser quality car dealerships providing pick up and delivery of their cars during these times. I only recommend this dealership because of their in-house helpfulness, NOT because of their Genesis Connected services.
I did not feel like they treated me like the owner of a luxury car like I was used to at the Acura dealer. I believe this comes from the Hyndai brand not being really separate from the Genesis brand.
