Made an appointment for recall items on our G-80. We received an email and phone call the day before confirming our appointment the next day at noon. Arrived at noon for appointment to be informed that all of the technicians go to lunch at noon - and the service representative didn't understand why I would have a noon appointment. Unable to wait the extended time for the recall service, I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The next day I received an email - confirming my appointment for the day before. Obviously they are having some computer issues. I called to verify my rescheduled appointment, and after a lengthy hold was assured that I would get a call back. 4 days later now and no call back. I called again today and just gave up after 10 minutes on hold and made another appointment via the online system. I hope that appointment works, it's rather silly to have to work so hard to get service at a Genesis dealer.
