Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Called to make an appointment to turn my lease in. The guy Steve Chevilli is finance person. Had to book 2 weeks out because he was busy. Ken Wright scheduled the appointment with Steve. When I got to the appointment, Steve said he can’t do leases/buy outs on Saturdays & that Ken Wright is "not his secretary". Meanwhile, I called Steve day before to confirm. Left message on his voicemail why I was calling. He said he got my message but was “so busy” to return my call. So instead he let me drive 45 minutes to get there for absolutely nothing!!!!!! He actually had the audacity to walk away from the conversation without saying a word. Stay away!!!! If you’re not buying, they don’t give a F!!!!
