Dave was knowledgeable about both the car and the purchasing process. We took it for a drive Sat afternoon and called back on Monday to hammer out the details. Everything was done on the phone so our time at the dealership to finalize the sale was minimal. Dave spent a good bit of time going over the functionality of the various features and functions so my wife was comfortable with it. He's good.
