Tales from the Hot Chick
Oh God. Where do we start? All I wanted was my oil gauge sensor fixed and some new windshield wipers. What did I get? Hot Chick behind the counter fills me on on her psycho "Karen" neighbor and the property line battles in their uppity section of Suamico. Must be nice. I can't afford a log house like Hot Chick has, can you? I'm trying to hold a 320,000-mile Trailblazer together with baling wire and I have to listen to Hot Chick tell me about her Stepford Wives property line battles at their mansions. To make matters worse I had to sit in the lobby with two 70-year-old-plus musicians talking about playing "bee bop music". At that point I was hoping Hot Chick had an ice pick I could jam into my temple. It would have been less painful than that whole experience.

Responsive to need
I was able to get in for an oil change with little notice.. A through examination was made. I was made aware of the vehicle recommended maintenance.

Efficient oil change

Routine service & inspection
Good Experience. Routine service was conducted in a professional manner. Inspections identified steering issues which if not addressed in timely manner would worsen and become unsafe.

Great except for Hot Chick
Oil change was fast, thorough and at the right price. But while I waited for said oil change I had to go through hell. Hot Chick behind the counter is a newlywed and is sickeningly happy. Then she had to tell me about her hot new motorcycle. Then, insult to injury. I had to sit and listen to her go on about the new log cabin she bought. All this while I’m praying the auto techs can hold my 317,000 mile vehicle together with baling wire. The final slap to the face? Hot Chick made me bring her a French Silk pie! Why the hell would anyone patronize this place!?

Emergency stop for replace front light and people there was very friendly and they explain everything service fast and very professional definitely I will comeback for wherever my vehicle needs oh also I change oil so everything was excellent service

Alternator issue
