Incompetent service staff
Took my 2024 Genesis G80 there to fix a noisy rear differential. Service bulletin said there was a quick fix and that if it didn’t work they would need to replace the components. First issue is that they’re not open on weekends. I live across the bridge on the Eastern Shore and so I had to either take a day off work to go there, which I couldn’t do, or rent a car for the week and pick up the following weekend. Was never offered a loaner or pick up and drop off service. Worse issue, they called to tell me they fixed the problem, sound was gone, but as soon as I got on my way home the sound was noticeably there and now there was a new rattling noise. Turns out when they reinstalled the exhaust to get to the differential they installed it too high up and it was rattling against the floor of the car. Needless to say I was very disappointed and ended up selling that car and buying a Mercedes E class l which I’m much happier with. Friendly professional face-to-face staff but incompetent service.
