BUYER BEWARE. Went to Genesis110 based upon an ad they had for a precertified Hyundai Tucson . After an entire day of being there we finally make it into the finance department. The numbers the finance department quoted us was consistent with the numbers we had calculated. Then finance offered an extended warranty for additional cost. We questioned same as the ad clearly stated the car was pre certified and gave ALL the details of what was covered in the DEALERS NOTE. There was no denying or questioning the ad clearly reflected the car was under warranty as advertised.
Finance gentlemen advised that is not reflected in his paperwork and called in a manager. The manager advised that the ad was not the case and they were removing all of the certified pre owned on all their cars as it was entered in error the previous Thursday (oct 7) When my daughter advised this ad had been in place since Oct 1st when she first saw the ad. The manager was adamant he would not honor the ad as advertised. It should be noted that there were several cars advertised without being certified pre owned and the price of the cars reflected that. So the explanation of this ad was in error is just plain fabrication and false advertisement. As a result and needless to say our trust in honestly and commitment to stand by their ad resulted in a long wasted day. No car purchased and highly recommend reconsidering purchasing a car from here.
