This dealership is truly awful! We TRIED to buy a car from them back in 2019 except the salesperson just kept delaying so we bought it somewhere else. Then, my G80 has a SERIOUS recall, so I called them all for them to say, it could possibly take 2 appointments. The first one is to see if the part has to be replaced! According to NHTSA the recall isn't optional, it has to be replaced. They didn't care. I then called corporate customer service and was told the GM Roger would call back in 48 hours. It has now been 6 days. Hope you enjoy the communication with the FTC and NHTSA as you are reported for ILLEGAL activity.
