Dead battery problem on 2025 Kona
I bought a new car so I would not have problems. But...my car is 6 months old and its battery was being drained. Gateway looked at initially, I will thankfully add, snd then kept it for almost 2 days testing it and calling their Help Center. In the end a new battery was installed but I believe the symptom was addressed and leaving the root cause still unaddressed/found. In the end I was given a loaner car that was *not* an AWD...like my Kona and I did not feel safe driving it during these icy, freezing rain/snow recent days. I was not happy with this situation.

I am sorry to hear about your battery situation, we did testing on this to ensure it was the cause. Is there still symptoms present that lead you to believe you are still having the same issue? Our loaner fleet is large but this winter time is our busiest season and I do apologize we did not have an AWD vehicle available for you, I truly hope we can deliver a five star visit the next time you are in. Thank you!
