Bad experience with service advisor
Hello I own a Kona 2025 that came with a complementary service of 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first, on June 6th, 2026 I took my car for oil change and a service advisor told me that my car’s break system have been compromised just by opening the hood and also said that my car needed to flush the coolant, my car is not even 22K miles and is only 1.5 year old, then this person made wait for 3 hours, I guess because I declined to pay for those services, but the manufacturer doesn’t recommend those services this early. People there are extremely rude, I wouldn’t buy another Hyundai ever in my life and of course I will never return to this dealership, terrible customer service
