We work hard to meet all of our customers needs and appreciate the feedback so that we can correct our service processes. I am sorry for the confusion on the oil change. The repair order was left open and the writer went off the mileage on that repair order. I do apologize for that. I am also sorry for the waiting room seating being unclean.
