Preventative maintenance
As a retired machine and systems mechanic I appreciate the need for perventative maintenance, The Fuccillo service dept. does a good job of recommending needed preventative service, the old saying of pay a little now or a lot later is absolutely true !

Nice to be treated as a valued customer
From the time I approached the service entrance door and honked the horn, I was inside a very clean reception area, greeted by the service manager and directed to the waiting area (also spotless) in about 3 minutes. When service was completed, the service manager brought me paperwork that explained the work that was done and answered all the questions I had. Again, it was done in a friendly manner. I felt that they wanted to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. SEE YOU AGAIN.

Exceptional Service
I have been taking my Hyundai vehicles to the Fuccillo of Grand Island Service Department for the past 12 years. The service staff is courteous, attentive, and very professional. They have maintained my 2009 Azera in excellent condition and it now approaches 145,000 miles. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service
Great service very prompt and very professional, courteous staff. They had me in and out at the time of they say they would. Which was important to me because I had a meeting to attend and because of their great service I was able to make that meeting on time.

Great service
Great overall experience staff and work was very courteous and professional. Service was timely, I was in and out in the time that I was quoted, so I was able to continue the flow of my day without any delays which was important to me.

I was greeted with a smile. Always courteous. Had a coupon to use and didn't know I had to give it at the beginning but he was very nice and redid the bill for me to use my coupon. Never made me feel bad about it. Service was quick they said would be an hour and it was about 45 min. Always a pleasure to go there.

Got vehicle serviced and dealt with Richie Nichols. He took extra time to explain and walk me through what he had done to my vehicle. This is the kind of employees I want working at my company. Protect these employees no matter what. Pay a good employee whatever they want. A good employee is priceless, they provide more than you can ever pay someone. Always a positive interaction with Richie.
