Critical repair accomplished
Vehicle had spongy brakes. John’s Motors worked me into their schedule replacing deteriorated brake lines. They did excellent work.

Very thoughtful
So I would say that this shop was very understanding and worked with me so I didn't have to keep coming back an forth. I spent a lot of money on my vehicle to get fixed, the right way. When I picked up my car it was still making the same noise as when I dropped it off. So they asked me to bring the car back so they look it over, come to find out there was still something broken and they didn't catch it. So Nick asked me to drive the car over the weekend and let me know Monday how did it drive. So I called Nick, and told him that it drove very nice. So he asked me to drop it back off. I had told them don't rush on the job cause I had to have surgery, I won't be able to drive right away so take your time do big jobs if they come in. So they had my car for 2 in half weeks or so, they finally called me and told me to pick up my car it is ready. Let me say I've been driving my car for 2 days now and drives wonderful, no nice .....Thank you John, Nick and Mark.

Urgent call received great care!
My Hyundai Elantra stalled out and when restarted didn’t want to go faster than 20 miles an hour - and then would suddenly shudder and kick into gear. My biggest fear was that my transmission would need replacement. When I called John’s I was told it was not safe to keep driving it and should drop it off at the shop. They were very busy with other repairs but said they’d try squeeze it in within the next few days. That was Tuesday. I was called Friday morning and was told what the diagnostics had determined as well as the estimated cost (not needing a full transmission rebuild - thankfully) and was called an hour later and told it was ready for pickup. I am very thankful they were able to fix my problem as quickly as possible, for the price they quoted me, and I was able to pick up my car Saturday morning. I highly recommend John’s Motor Shop to anyone!!!
