Beyond disgusted!
I made a four hour trip to Friendship Hyundai today, two hours there and two hours back! Only to be offered $700 for my 2016 Ford Explorer! I was told it had some scratches on the body, mind you they were superficial and could be buffed out! Also got the condition of my tires pointed out, which yeah, they’re not new! Who would put new tires on a car and trade it in? But these things warrant their low ball offer?? Mind you the vehicle i was looking at was a 2018 Dodge Durango, with a busted front bumper! Deep surface scratches throughout the body!! And deep scratches , like to the metal on the wheels! In addition to this! Once I told them I was just going to leave, they acted as though they didn’t want to give me my keys back! Almost as though they were trying to bully me into buying their’s!! I have never been treated so poorly at a car lot!! I will never go back and try to buy from them again! I would do without first!
